Adnan has over 25 years of experience in the finance and banking industry, working in the U.K. and the Middle East. He was the former CFO of MENA’s leading investment firm and Saudi Arabia’s largest asset manager, NCB Capital; Head of Finance for the Asset Management Sector of Saudi’s largest commercial bank, The National Commercial Bank. He sits on numerous Executive committees, Boards, Audit Committees and Compensation committees of various financial institutions.
Adnan is a U.K. Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland.
Raul has over 25 years of experience in wealth and asset management, investment research, and private banking, working in the UK, Switzerland, and the Middle East. Raul was Head of International Asset Management and Private Banking at Banco Bradesco in London. Raul started his career as the founder of Morgan Stanley’s Latin American equities business in Europe. He also held several senior positions in Lehman Brothers, was the COO of NCB Capital, the largest investment bank in Saudi Arabia. and built a family office of a prominent member of the Saudi Royal Family in Geneva.
Raul holds a BA from Tulane University and an MBA from Westminster University.
Shashwat Tulsian

Shashwat heads the overall India and Middle East audit practice for our sister company and personally oversees international and local taxation along with corporate laws. He has a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and has helped work on more than 2,500 such projects for multinationals over the last few years. He is an expert in communication and people management and has won many awards and accolades.
Shashwat is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India), Lawyer and Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College, India.
Brendan Thompson

Brendan has over 30 years’ experience in the training industry with a particular emphasis on technology-based training and e-learning. Intuition’s Director of Business Development for the GCC region for 9 years, and prior to that he was in a similar role for Intuition in South East Asia. Brendan has a wide experience in delivering training solutions across all sectors with a specific focus on the Banking and Finance sector. During the course of his career he has worked with many of the major global and regional banks in Europe, USA , Asia and the Middle East.
Brendan has a BSc honours degree in Education from the University of Ulster.
Dr. Viswanath Krishnan

Dr. Viswanath Krishnan is an investment banking and strategy professional with more than 20 years’ experience across projects in India, Middle East and Nigeria covering private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, project investment evaluation, business incubation and post investment monitoring. He was associated with Tata Group, Ind Global Financial Trust Limited, Gujarat Nippon Group, Clean Energy Development Corporation, Arab Experts Global, and Tharawat Investment House.
He holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai in India and a Ph.D. from Dharmsinh Desai University, Gujarat, India.

Together, we have a dedicated team of 120 Members, operating from 6 International offices including UAE, U.K., India, Kenya, U.S.A., China and Singapore, specializing in arranging working capital and trade finance, project and export finance, structured loans, debt capital market instruments, mergers & acquisitions and insurance backed guarantees and bonds.
